Privacy notice for the obise Webcam portal

1. Portal operator
For technical operation of this portal and the streaming systems, the contact is Obise GmbH, Rienzfeldstr. 30, I-39031 Bruneck (BZ), Italy, info@obise.com. Depending on the actual allocation of responsibilities, the operator named on an individual webcam page may also be responsible for the camera content and field of view.

2. Technical access data
When the portal, an image or a stream is accessed, the web and streaming systems may process technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, response status, user agent and information required for security. Processing is used to deliver the service, maintain stability and prevent abuse. Logs are retained only as long as needed for these purposes or technical/legal obligations.

3. Streaming, snapshots and time-lapse
Live video is delivered by obise's streaming server. The device IP address is therefore technically visible to the server during the connection. Snapshots and time-lapse material are published only when enabled by the operator. The public portal does not require visitor accounts.

4. Map, external libraries and browser location
The map view may load map tiles from the configured external provider (currently OpenStreetMap). Pinned map or player libraries may also be loaded from unpkg.com or cdn.jsdelivr.net when they are not provided locally. These providers may receive technical connection data, including the IP address. “Near me” uses browser location only after the user's permission; the location is not stored in an obise user profile.

5. Favorites and local storage
Favorites and selected interface settings may be stored locally in the browser (localStorage). The standard portal does not use analytics or advertising cookies unless a future feature is expressly disclosed.

6. Embedded webcams
If an obise Webcam stream is embedded in a customer website by iframe, the visitor's browser still connects to obise systems to load the player, snapshots and stream.

7. Webcam content
Camera location, field of view and publication are agreed with the respective operator. Public webcams must be configured to respect privacy and third-party rights. Reports can be sent to info@obise.com with the affected webcam identified.

8. Rights
For privacy questions and to exercise GDPR rights, contact info@obise.com. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority.
obise-webcamNo user accounts or analytics cookies. Favorites stay in this browser; map view loads tiles from the configured provider.
